Cards for Kids Program

The Illinois Cards for Kids Act allows qualifying students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade who participate in the Federal Free and Reduced-Price Meal Program at school to obtain a library card free of charge, even if they live in an unserved area. To see if you qualify for this program, please fill out the form below. Once you submit the form, our Circulation Manager will review the application and notify you if you are able to receive a free Town and Country Public Library Card.  If your child is homeschooled, email ksemrick@tcpld.org to see if you qualify.
