Our History & Genealogy department is housed in the Lawrence J. Martin Heritage Center and focuses on the history of Elburn and the surrounding townships; as well as their resident families.

Voting
Town and Country Public Library offers voter registration for Kane County residents. Additionally, during election season, the library is a Kane County Early Voting location, as well as a polling location for Elburn residents on Election day.
Passports
Town and Country Public Library offers passport services for individuals applying for new passports. New passport applications are by appointment only.
Library Outreach
Town and Country Public Library offers Library Outreach to our Homebound Patrons. If you, or someone you know, is unable to leave your home, then this service may be for you.
Reference Services
Whether you have a brief factual question or a more in-depth information request, our Reference Service is here to help! Reference services are available to all patrons – children, teens and adults.
Room Reservations
Town and Country Public Library offers both a large Meeting Room and a Conference Room. Room reservations cannot be for-profit use and are subject to Library approval.

From High-Speed WiFi to a Fax machine, the Town and Country Public Library has a wide variety of services available for our patrons.
