Join yoga instructor Lynn Meredith for gentle, non-strenuous chair exercises. Chair-assisted yoga provides all the health benefits of yoga without the need to get down on the floor. The class consists of seated and standing exercises using the chair for balance and stability. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga block and strap.

Dot art is a style of painting created by dotting paint, rather than using brush strokes. We will primarily be using fine-tipped bottles, which will create an optical illusion, as the image will appear to jump off the canvas.
