Join Mrs. Hansen for simple summer crafting with your little ones. Projects are easy to complete and are designed to help children build their fine motor skills through cutting, coloring, gluing, and assembling.

Write the next American Girl Story! Bring your doll and share a fun project where you will create an American Girl paper doll and write a mini story about finding a secret garden. Learn about creating characters, setting, and plots.

Join us outdoors for Family Storytime with Miss Moe!  Children will enjoy songs, rhymes, flannel board activities, stories, and a craft that all work to enhance the development of early literacy skills.

Join us at the library to create your own unique terra cotta pot, then dig into the dirt and plant your own flower!

This group will meet in-person. 

Join us for a tail waggin’ good time as you practice reading aloud to Maddie and Finley, trained therapy dogs.  All are invited to stop by the library and read for 10 minutes.

Enjoy an unforgettable meet-and-greet with Anderson Wildlife Center’s ambassador animals! This exclusive experience lets you get up close with one of our charismatic animal residents and learn their unique story.

Calligraphy means "Beautiful Writing". To learn this ancient technique, we will do several, progressive writing practices, which will culminate in writing a poem, or a greeting card, using the Calligraphy letters, we have learned.

Join us for a fun dice game with library friends! A $25 gift card will go to the participant with the most Buncos! We will have refreshing summer mocktail supplies and recipes available. Beginners welcome.

Expand your lexicon while making new library friends! We will be meeting in the West End of the Library. Coffee provided.
